I don’t really take a lot of pictures of people. It is not from a lack of interest in the subject matter, but rather a lack of interest in posed, or set up pictures. My passion is for capturing life as it is … candid shots. Many people do not like this, and all too often they will think a given picture is horrible because it does not “flatter” them, which was most likely not my intent with the picture. I don’t aim to flatter, but to store the moment for others to share. What I saw may have nothing to do with how a person looks, but they all to often don’t see it “thru my eyes”. However some moments just need to be caught …
